Restaurant & Catering Delivery Bag Manufacturer for Multi-Order Runs

Larger-format insulated carriers for multi-order runs, catering trays and volume restaurant delivery. Restaurant and catering delivery has a different shape from rider delivery. Orders are larger, they are frequently batched, and the carrier usually travels in a vehicle or on a trolley rather than on a rider’s back. What matters is usable internal volume, how the load is organised once it is inside, and whether the bag survives being stacked and shifted between runs. We build restaurant and catering delivery bags around the way the operation actually packs. Tell us what goes in — trays, clamshells, plated meals, bulk catering pans — and the internal structure, opening style and reinforcement are specified to protect that load.

Typical applications

Shell fabric

Heavier woven constructions suited to larger loads, or coated options where the bag will be wiped down regularly.

Structural support

Base boards, frames or stiffening panels to keep the bag open while it is packed and stable once it is loaded.

Insulation build

Barrier and foam layers specified against the delivery window. A longer radius needs a different build from a dense city centre run.

Internal lining

Wipe-clean lining with seam and corner construction treated as a deliberate design decision, because that is where catering loads leak.

Handles and lifting points

Reinforced handles rated for the loaded weight, positioned so the bag does not fold or swing when lifted.

Closures

Zip, flap or combination closure depending on access speed versus thermal loss at the opening.

Can you build around our existing catering trays?

Yes, and it is the preferred starting point. Send the tray or container dimensions and the bag is developed around that footprint so internal volume is used rather than wasted.

Do you offer removable internal dividers?

Dividers can be fixed or removable, insulated or uninsulated. Which suits depends on whether the same bag has to handle one large load and several small loads on different runs.

Can the same bag be used for both delivery and catering?

Often yes, with the right internal configuration. It is worth deciding early, because a bag designed for both usually needs a different opening style from one optimised for a single use.

How do you protect the bag when it is stacked in a vehicle?

Lid structure, side-wall stiffening and corner reinforcement are specified for compressive load where the bag will be stacked while full. Tell us the stacking pattern and the reinforcement follows.
