Bespoke insulated carriers and delivery gear developed from your requirement when a standard format will not do. Not every requirement fits a category. Sometimes the carrier has to fit a specific vehicle bay, combine two functions in one unit, integrate with a rack or shelving system, or meet a brand standard that no existing format satisfies. That is the work we do in custom delivery equipment. Custom development is an engineering conversation rather than a catalogue selection. We start from the constraint you cannot move — the vehicle, the rack, the load, the brand rule — and develop the product around it, with a physical sample before any production commitment.

What do you need from us to start a custom development?
The application, the constraint that cannot move, what the unit must carry, how it is handled, your target quantity and your branding requirement. Drawings, reference samples and artwork all shorten the process considerably.
Will we see a sample before production?
Yes. Development always reaches a physical sample that you review and approve before mass production. The approved sample becomes the production reference.
Can you develop a product that fits our existing rack or vehicle?
Yes. Send the internal dimensions and fixing points of the space you need to fill and the unit is developed to fit it. Fit is confirmed on the sample.
Do you work from our drawing or from a description?
Both. A complete drawing moves fastest. A written requirement with reference samples works too — we will produce a specification for you to confirm before anything is quoted or built.
